Our Development Process
1. Design & Feasibility
We start with intent: understanding function, context, and constraints. Our engineers explore solution paths, validate directions early, and identify opportunities for performance or cost efficiency.
2. Prototyping & Testing
Prototypes are produced quickly using a combination of additive manufacturing, machining, and manual assembly — ensuring physical testing happens early and often.
4. Design for Manufacture (DFM)
We engineer every component for scale — considering tolerances, materials, tooling, and long-term servicing. Our teams factor in supplier capabilities and fabrication strategies from the outset.
5. Production Support & Scaling
When ready to scale, we manage the transition with BOM generation, manufacturing documentation, QA processes, and supply chain alignment. This ensures a clean handover to full production or pilot rollout.
